Alexander Lloyd is the founder and managing partner of Accelerator Ventures, a venture fund focused on seed-stage investments. He has invested in the first round of over 100 startups: 6 of which went public, 12 of which were acquired for over $100M such as Zappos, Zynga, Nutanix, Braze and others.  Prior to founding Accelerator Ventures, Alexander was a venture partner at Rustic Canyon Partners, where he oversaw the development of their seed-stage investment strategy. Before working in Venture Capital, Alexander was the Business Development Manager in Microsoft's Silicon Valley office responsible for Microsoft's relationships with the West Coast venture capital and startup community. Alexander has also worked as a Product Manager in SGI's workstation division and has held marketing positions at Activision and Apple Computer. Alexander began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent three years as a financial analyst.

Alex is a strong proponent of individual rights and free expression. In 2015, he joined the board of the Human Rights Foundation, after helping start their North Korea program. In 2019, he co-authored The Little Bitcoin Book, which focuses on how Bitcoin affects the individual freedoms and opportunities of people everywhere.

Born in New York City, Alexander was raised in Paris, France, and is fluent in French. Alexander earned a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School.  He is also a commercial pilot and aviation enthusiast.  He recently moved to Miami from San Francisco with his wife and 3 children.

Chantalle Dumonceaux

Chantalle Dumonceaux is delighted to juggle many hats at Accelerator, where exceptional early-stage companies to invest in are found, and working with outstanding founders, LPs, team, and network is a priority.

Before joining in 2023, Chantalle started her career in venture in NYC in 2012, and founded Womena, a women-focused angel fund in 2013. A diverse portfolio was invested in, resulting in a 3x MOIC, and the community grew to over 700 investors. Womena has been led by her co-founder since 2017 when Chantalle joined E11 Capital, a US-UAE venture fund. Since then, she co-founded a startup which offered cosmetics brands a simple platform to design and procure their packaging, and has advised various funds and startups, including Upshift Capital since 2021. Chantalle graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University in New York City. Austin, TX has been home since 2022 after San Francisco for 5 years & stints in NYC, Dubai, and Paris.
